If you are experiencing trouble either registering for the site, or logging back into the site, we recommend that you try the following:
I have not received my welcome email to activate my account
Firstly, check your junk mail folder. If the welcome email isn’t there, check that you had correctly entered your email address. If you had made a mistake in your email address, please get in touch and we can correct it for you. We’ll need to know the mistake, and your correct email address.
I cannot log in with my username and/or password
Please click CTRL + F5 simultaneously to clear your cache files and try logging in again.
I cannot take the course I want
In most cases, modules are only available to those who have successfully completed the Customer Care training module.
I have passed a course but it doesn’t show in my profile
It is likely that your computer needs refreshing. Please click CTRL + F5 simultaneously to clear your cache files and the green tick should appear next to the course on your profile page.
I want to reprint my certificate – how do I do this?
Firstly, please click CTRL + F5 simultaneously to refresh your browser. Then, click onto your profile page using the menu. Scroll down to the course information and click on the relevant course for the certificate you want to print.
Either click on the small grey arrow on the left hand side column of the table, or choose ‘expand all’ from the top row of the table.
Click on the appropriate certificate icon and this will automatically download on your device as a PDF. To print or save, right click with your mouse and choose the option you want (‘save as’ or ‘print’).
Viewing and printing your PDF requires additional software – Adobe Reader software can be downloaded via this link http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/
If you continue to experience problems, please do get in touch via our contact form. Please supply your username and password if you can – we cannot see these details for security reasons – you will be able to change your password once we get you back into the system.
