The most important course – you need to pass this before moving on to the others! This module is for everyone who works in tourism. It provides you with all the basics you need to make sure visitors receive the warmest possible welcome.

Course details

There are two multiple choice quizzes, the first is about customer service principles and the second about your chosen destination.  Make sure you read each section carefully before attempting the quiz.  When you’ve completed them successfully you will receive a Lincolnshire Ambassador certificate. And, if it inspires you to go further, there are plenty of other fun and interactive courses to take.

Here you will learn some interesting facts about customer care – the importance of first impressions, how best to communicate with your visitors and what extra you can do that will make all the difference.
